RULES!
1. the golden rule: keep ooc/ic separate. if you have any concerns that someone may be blurring those lines, please reach out to the mods so that we may properly address them.
2. journals must be updated at least once every 3 weeks. we do not expect novels each time, but something you've put some effort into. placeholders are allowed when necessary, but only if members can interact with it. please do not use a placeholder more than 3 times, otherwise we will contact you to make a proper post to prevent being up for override.
4. members are granted a hiatus of up to 2 weeks at a time. you must contact the mods first for approval. if you need more time, please let us know. we are understanding and forgiving in times of need. however, we will be keeping keeping an eye on how many hiatuses a member takes. if we feel the time off is being abused, we will be addressing it personally with you.

- posts with "effort" may include collages of photos pertaining to certain events, writing prompts for our members, written updates, playlists, mood boards, birthday posts, et cetera.3. activity is key! we will be watching how often you communicate with others. that is why we are not accepting examples as part of your application into the community. instead, we ask that you spend your time waiting for adds by reaching out and commenting other's on their friends only posts. branch out, make friends, we want to see you having fun, not how many paragraphs you can write. so we know you've read the rules this far, in your application please put your celebrity's zodiac sign where it asks if you've read the rules.
- placeholders will be considered as follows: a quote, a single gif or photo, a one lined statement or question. we will not accept any posts where comments are disabled. if, for some reason, your celeb needs to make a personal post to count as activity (i.e. a narrative or sample diary entry), please bring it up to the mods first.

- ooc contact will not be considered while you are on hiatus. you are allowed talk in customs and in your ooc posts.5. do not harrass our members in any way. this includes: anonymous comments, unkind spamming, and removing members from your friends list. we reserve the right to reject any applications and permanently ban anyone who engages in harassment.
- when you return from your hiatus, it is required that you post on the friends page to bring your journal up to date.
